Marketing Analytics Project
Client : Monro Auto Service and Tire Center
Analyzed 280,000 transactions from 2013 to 2020 with an overall objective of improving the retention rate. Performed statistical tests to find trends and correlations between certain product variables i.e. Oild Change, Tire Purchase, State Inspection, etc. Developed a predictive model that identifies the Best segment for our client to target - and the model had an accuracy of 85%.

Digital  Marketing Project
Client: M&T Bank
For my Digital Marketing Strategy course, my team was tasked with solving a business mandate for a client in the financial sector. The objective was to offer recommendations on how the company can stay 'Top of mind' on social media platforms and online.
Here are some of our recommendations:
Migrate to the latest jQuery and resize images in order to improve cross-platform compatibility
Integrate chatbots in order to increase efficiency and interactions
